For this commercial office space, our primary goal was to create an environment that is both professional and stimulating, balancing privacy with an open, collaborative feel. We achieved this through a clever use of materials and a thoughtful layout. The corridors feature frosted glass partitions, which allow natural light to filter through while providing a necessary degree of visual privacy for the individual offices. We integrated warm, earthy tones with the use of wooden vertical slats and sleek brown cabinetry, which contrast beautifully with the polished white marble floors and clean, white walls, giving the space a modern yet grounded aesthetic.
The interior design of the individual rooms and common areas was meticulously planned to foster productivity and comfort. We designed custom feature walls that combine different textures and elements—from concrete-like finishes with vertical wooden accents to integrated display nooks with soft backlighting. This variety adds visual interest and a sense of unique identity to each area. The lighting scheme is a key feature, with multiple layers including recessed spotlights, linear cove lighting, and stylish ceiling panels that create a bright, inviting, and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the entire office.
